My counseling approach is integrative and uses therapies and techniques from a variety of theroies including psychodynamic approaches, structural family theory, cogntivite behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, relapse prevention and planning, and solution focused techniques. I am most importantly centered around you, my client. You know you best! When we work together, I can guarantee that you will feel heard and validated about your needs. From here, we can set goals together about how you would like things to be different in your life. I believe as a therapist that talking through some of your struggles you will gain fresh insight into your life, and see solutions on your own as well.
I am excited for you to begin this journey of hope, health, and recovery and I wish for you lots of success in rediscovering your sense of self, peace, and wellness.
