Meet Resna!

Welcome to our newest therapist! She is now taking new clients.

My counseling approach is Integrative and utilizes therapies from various theories such as: Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral, Person Centered, Family Systems, Mindfulness, and Solution-focused. These approaches have been clinically proven to be effective, and the use of these approaches will help you to know yourself better and build your strengths; improve yourself and your relationships; stop destructive patterns of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors; and work through pain, fear, grief, trauma, and abuse to find healing.

My goal is to come alongside you and love you well as we journey together to find peace and contentment during life’s challenging times. I look forward to us working together and witnessing the “great and mighty things” God has in store for you.

We are offering virtual “telehealth” services during the coronavirus outbreak. Please use this link to connect.

Support, encourage, and empower you as you embrace your new role as a mom

Meet Mary

I joined the Living Water Counseling team because I, like the rest of this team, see the value and role one’s faith and spirituality plays in our well being. I am open and available to explore these topics with you as per your comfort level. Whether you are struggling with external pressures from this crazy world or the internal angst from past pain, I applaud you for coming to this website and taking the courage to seek additional support. I look forward to meeting you and walking this journey with you!

Meet Laurie!

I am thrilled that you have found your way here. I recognize the courage it takes to reach out for help and commend you for taking the first step. Life can take us to some unexpected places where we may find ourselves benefitting from a fresh perspective and an extra layer of support. As a counselor, I see my role as your partner, and I tailor my approach to meet each person where they are. My approach is integrative, drawing from cognitive behavioral, solution focused, family systems and attachment theories. I believe in the reciprocal relationship between our mind, body, and spirit, and recognize that when one area is impacted it affects our whole being. We will work together to address how each area of your life may have been impacted and the best path to restoring wholeness.
